Soft Touch & Secure Side Rail with Swing rail
Our Soft Touch & Secure Side Rail features a Swingrail mechanism that locks in place and swings up and down, ensuring easy egress and ingress. Designed for safety and convenience, it provides plenty of areas to hold onto for a safe and easy transfer. This swing rail securely attaches to all Medacure bed frames.

- Soft Quarter Rail: Provides a safe and easy transfer in and out of bed.
- Stationary & Secure: Remains firmly in place for your peace of mind.
- Swing rail:
- Secures with a clamp that can be mounted anywhere on the frame or with a pin bolt that’s mounted at a fixed location at the head end.
- The pin bolt ensures a stronger and tighter fit in a fixed place.
- Compliance: Medacure’s bed swing rail is designed and produced in accordance with the FDA’s bed safety guidelines.
